How are the menus created for my function?

Rocket’s catering manager and our talented culinary team will be pleased to assist in the planning of your event and the selection of menu items to suit your needs, including any dietary or allergy considerations. Let us bring your favourite dishes to the table!

If my guest count increases or decreases on the day of my function how will I be billed?

The guaranteed number of guests attending the function is required two (2) weeks in advance of the function. Please note: unless we are notified of a guest count revision the number originally contracted will be assumed as the guarantee. You will be billed for the guaranteed number given or attendance; whichever is greater.

Can I hold a meeting in The ROCKET ROOM?

Definitely, but bear in mind that, although the room is private, it is not completely soundproof and, as it is located downtown, street noises will be heard.

Do you supply audio-visual equipment?

If you need any audio-visual equipment, we can arrange it for you to suit your requirements. Charges will be added directly to your final bill. Please note: adding A/V equipment may change the room capacity.

What items do we supply?

The ROCKET ROOM can arrange for your floral and AV requirements, adding the charges to your final bill. If designated seating is required please provide place cards.

How far in advance do we need to book?

Are there any payments to book The ROCKET ROOM?

An initial deposit is required to secure the room payable by credit card. The balance will be paid by credit card on the day of the event.
